Claire is a patient-focused leader with 40 years’ NHS experience as an allied health professional and over 20 years in management and leadership roles. With experience in high-profile acute, community, and social enterprise healthcare environments, her roles have included senior operations, improvement, and governance, with significant exposure to regulatory and external scrutiny.
Retiring from acute NHS work, Claire is now broadening her career into new sectors and hopes to make a positive impact through the application of transferable knowledge, skills, and adaptability to new challenges. With new roles as a non-executive director, school trustee, independent safeguarding lead, and associate to MIAA, IMAS, and the North West Leadership Academy as well as GGI, she is also supporting others as a trained coach and mentor.
