With more than 25 years' experience in health and safety, Edward Braisher currently leads his own H&S consultancy, Braisher Safety Solutions Limited.
Edward’s career began in local government, where he started as a H&S advisor and gradually progressed to become a H&S manager.
In early 2015, he decided to embark on a solo journey and has since provided H&S consultancy and advice to various organisations, including local government, NHS trusts, third-sector entities, and commercial businesses. Additionally, he collaborates with ROSPA as an associate consultant and serves as a judge for the prestigious annual ROSPA H&S awards.
A fellow of the Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM) and a certified member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), Edward’s contributions were recognised in 2018 when he was awarded the Health and Safety at Work magazine’s 40 under 40 award. This accolade honoured him as one of the leading influencers and innovators shaping the future of health and safety.
