The CEO Cultural Cookbook - The value of Data Centricity | 21 September 2021
18 August 2021
As part of our culture week, Romeo Effs, CEO and founder of Lumorus, will run a workshop designed to provide a comprehensive view of the most critical elements that form organisational health and culture, whilst offering practical steps and exploring the value of data in the journey towards cultural transformation.
The first part of the workshop will unpack the science behind bias and its role in the overall organisational health and culture. It will facilitate understanding about what inclusivity is at its core, whilst exploring what inclusive leadership means and how it can be transformative for organisations.
The second part of the workshop will propose practical steps for cultural transformation. In this part of the workshop, we will explore what constitutes meaningful data and how it can be used as tool for understanding the workforce and diversity story of the organisation. We will then look into how this data can be utilised to build the foundations of good organisational health and culture.
