The Good Governance Institute (GGI) is collaborating with Optima Health, an organisation which manages employee health and health risk in both the private and public sectors. Together, we are producing a white paper on the new landscape for the NHS brought by the introduction of ICSs and how it will impact the purchasing of products to save the NHS time and money.
To inform the content of this report and our wider programme, we are hosting a seminar focused on procurement in the NHS. In particular, the issues that we hope to explore with you include:
- Which organisations are ahead in the procurement space? How can others follow?
- How is engagement with suppliers changing?
- What effect will the new system have? What are the positives and negatives that come with it?
To help drive the conversation we will be joined by some guest speakers who will start the session:
